BIO

Andy is originally from Baltimore, where he grew up with a piano in the house. He went to Towson High School, where he played for the football team and also started doing the musicals at the end of the year. After his first laugh from a live audience he was hooked to performing.

He began studying music at TSU during the day and appearing in local theatres at night. He also took courses in painting and visual arts at Maryland Art Institute. He finally moved to New York City to give it a real shot and thus began his acting career.

Andy originated the role of Luke in Off Broadway's smash-hit Altar Boyz. He recently played his childhood idol, The Fonz, in Happy Days The Musical, directed by Garry Marshall. Other Broadway credits include The Wedding Singer and Saturday Night Fever.

In very recent years Andy was accepted to the BMI Lehman Engle Musical Theatre Workshop where he has been composing music in the same space as some very influential composers and lyricists on and off Broadway.

Andy was nominated for a Carbonell Award for Best Actor in a Musical for his performance as Dino in Romeo & Bernadette. He was one of the recipients of the ACCA Award for Outstanding Broadway Chorus for Legally Blonde.

On January 10, 2001 Andy became the husband of the beautiful, talented, powerhouse actress Orfeh!! “We have 2 cats and have appeared in many shows together. Most recently Legally Blonde where we gaze into each other's eyes every night."
