Andy heads to Los Angeles tonight for the premiere run of 9 to 5 The Musical. He will be playing the role of Joe, the love interest of Violet Newstead (Allison Janney). 9 to 5 The Musical will run from September 3 to October 19 at the Ahmanson Theatre. Click here to visit the 9 to 5 website, and visit the Center Theatre Group website for ticketing information. 9 to 5 The Musical will begin performances on Broadway at the Marquis Theatre on March 24, 2009. The Drama League, Drama Desk and Tony®-honored BMI Lehman Engel Musical Theatre Workshop announces the biannual Showcase of new songs from Workshop writers at the Jerry Orbach Theatre in the Snapple Theatre Center, June 12. Writers Diane Dalton and Andy Karl are adapting the film "My Blue Heaven". The song, "Oh, My Friggin' God" featured both the writers and Aaron Galligan-Stierle (How the Grinch Stole Christmas),Lindsay Nicole Chambers (Legally Blonde) Matthew Rische (Legally Blonde, Chicago) Brian Michael Hoffman (Seussical the Muscial). |
